Ms. Feldman: I teach 8th grade Global A at BCCS. The Global A course is the first year in a two year global studies program and covers the histories of Africa, South Asia, East Asia, and Latin America. The curriculum is organized by region, and then content is studied chronologically. I emphasize non-fiction reading, academic writing, critical thinking, and public speaking skills.
